Condo Floor Plans We Like at The Roncy Condos

We have to commend Worsley Urban because we’re pretty impressed with the layouts of the condo floor plans at The Roncy Condominiums.

As you can imagine we look at a lot of condo floor plans daily from all the developments that we promote. It has been a while since we have come across a project where every unit is well laid out and set up to be practical and livable.

Usually, we see a few really well-designed layouts and then a bunch that are so so. This is definitely not the case here. There are two things that immediately caught our attention from these condo floor plans.

Firstly, all the bedrooms are a decent size. For the most part, in new condo developments in Toronto, second bedrooms tend to be small. Sometimes even the primary bedroom is tight. At The Roncy all bedrooms can easily fit a queen sized bed and a dresser.

Secondly, all the dens in the one plus den units are big and offer a wide range of flexibility. Because of where they are located you can either use them as a home office, extra storage are, small dining area, or it can be sectioned off to be a small bedroom or nursery.

We took some time with the plans and highlighted some of the units that stood out and that we really like.

Here are our top condo floor plan picks at The Roncy

The Pearson – One bedroom floor plan that is space efficient

This is a really efficient one bedroom condo.

For a small one bedroom, it is a good size with a lot of closet space in the bedroom, as well as, in the entrance.

Ample closet space is really important in a small space to avoid clutter and to stay organized.

The living area is well proportioned and is easy to furnish.

You can either put a dining table or an island in the kitchen.

This is a great first time home buyer purchase or investor unit.

The Constance – One bedroom plus den that is flexible

We really like this one bedroom plus den condo floor plan. We feel like it offers a lot of flexibility and room to grow.

The living area is a good proportion and would be really easy to furnish. We like units where it is obvious where you should position the couch and television.

The balcony runs the length of the entire unit. If you are on the forth floor or above you would have views of the quiet residential area to the north.

You have several options in how you use the kitchen and den area. You can either put an island in and use the den as a small eating area.

Or you can put a table in front of the kitchen and use the den as either a home office, extra storage or section it off for a small bedroom/nursery.

We like that small foyer/entry area as well, with a coat closet as soon as you walk in. Great for the winter!

This space is great for someone who works from home, or a couple that needs a flexible space.

The Delaney – Cozy and functional

This is probably our favorite unit in the building. We really like the small breakfast area next to the kitchen. How many new condos floor plans do you see with breakfast nook!?

The living area is a good size and it has windows looking to the west and to the north. This will bring in a lot of light.

You also get two big terraces which will look west toward the park. In the spring/summer months, all you will see is green tree tops.

The bedrooms are slightly separated from the living and dining areas, creating a nice division of space and both bedrooms also have a window.

The master bedroom has his and her closets and a full ensuite bathroom.

There is also some additional storage space next to the Washer and Dryer.

We think you could really make this unit feel cozy and bright.

The Florence – Family connection

This is probably the best family-sized unit in the entire building. The master is separate from the two other bedrooms.

For a family with two children, this is great for the parents as the kids grow up.

The second and third bedroom are big enough for a twin or double bed and there would still be enough room for a dresser and desk.

There are also areas for kids to play next to the kitchen and into the den. The den can definitely be made into a play room.

The terrace is massive and runs the length of the unit. For a young family, this could be a pretty fun place to live.
